Upon opening the EvelineCharles Academy, Ms. Charles had the aim
to ‘grow industry leaders’ and this scholarship program furthers this
goal by aiding students to study in this state of the art facility. “I know money can be tight, I come from a family of 8 children”, says Charles “anything we can do to foster young people and help them get to
their goal we will do it”. The fund will assist students in taking the
next step in formal education as they embark on a rewarding career in
the beauty industry. A one thousand dollar ($1000) scholarship will be awarded to students who have been nominated by their High School Cosmetology Instructor and meet the following criteria.
