LIFE IN EDMONTON

Edmonton is booming big time!  Over the last couple years, the city has seen unbelievable growth and the energy level in Edmonton is at an all time high! Known as 'Canada's Festival City', Edmonton has something for everyone. Shopping, nightlife, outdoor festivals, great restaurants and friendly Edmontonians are all reasons to consider Edmonton as a place of study.

The City of Edmonton is the Provincial Capital of Alberta. Edmonton and the Province of Alberta have a very strong economy with strong revenues coming from the huge reserves of oil and natural gas. Edmonton has an approximate population of 730,000 (and growing every month) with a total population of over 1 million including the suburbs.

Edmonton is also home to the West Edmonton Mall -  the World's largest indoor shopping mall that has over 800 stores as well as a large variety of entertainment facilities and restaurants to choose from. There are stores at West Edmonton Mall you won't find at any other mall in Western Canada!
